TECHNICAL CONDITIONS:

Chassis; Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded by a submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/12 mm bottom or top flat steel and 5 mm hub plate

Connection Point: There will be Triangle to Rottinger

Upper Construction; Floor will be 4 mm ¾ steel chequred plate Triangle to Rottinger

Axles: First Axle will be Self Steering, Turkish Brand 4 x 9 Ton axles with air suspensions / Drum brakes

Tires: 16 Tires 205/65 R17,5” Rims

Suspensions; Air Suspension

Brake System; Wabco Brake EBS system

LOADING RAMP:

1 plated ramp ( Double Ramp ) Hydraulic Ramp and hydraulic moveable OUTER 25cm

When it is closed the gap will be 25 cm between ramps

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:

All Brands are SABA or ASPOCK (Germany) 2x7 pin sockets 24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear. 2 tail & stop combined lamps (red). 2 turn signal combined lamps (orange). 1 license lamp (white)

PAINTING;

Before the painting, all surface is sand blasted, After sand blasting small parts are cleaned carefully

2 Times Epoxy gray is used for first protecting. 3 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer

Thickness of painting checked by electronic devices. The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL codes
