Truck1 AI Terms

These Truck1 AI Terms ("AI Terms") govern the use of the Truck1 AI functionality made available through the Truck1 platform by Truck1 Sp. z o.o. ("Truck1").

1. Description and Purpose of the Service

Truck1 AI is an AI-powered assistant provided by Truck1 to help users interact with the Truck1 platform more efficiently.

Depending on the available functionality, Truck1 AI may:

• help users search for commercial vehicles and machinery based on natural language requests;
• explain vehicle specifications and listing information;
• compare listings and vehicle models;
• assist users in understanding technical characteristics;
• generate suggested questions for sellers;
• provide guidance on using Truck1 platform features.

Truck1 AI is intended solely as an informational and productivity tool and does not replace professional technical, legal, financial or commercial advice.

2. AI-Generated Content

All responses generated by Truck1 AI are produced automatically using artificial intelligence.

The generated content:

• may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information;
• may misinterpret user requests or listing data;
• should not be considered expert technical advice, legal advice, financial advice, valuation or purchasing recommendation;
• should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing, selling or servicing vehicles or machinery.

Users should independently verify all important information before making decisions.

3. Service Availability

Truck1 AI is currently provided as a Beta feature.

Truck1 may:

• modify, improve or discontinue any AI functionality;
• add or remove features without prior notice;
• temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical reasons;
• impose usage limits or availability restrictions.

Truck1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Truck1 AI.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use Truck1 AI only for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

• use the service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities;
• upload or submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringing content;
• attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of Truck1 AI;
• use automated tools to abuse or overload the service;
• attempt to generate harmful, malicious or deceptive content through Truck1 AI.

Truck1 reserves the right to restrict or suspend access in case of misuse.

5. Sources of Information

Truck1 AI may generate responses using:

• information contained in Truck1 listings;
• search parameters and page context available on the Truck1 platform;
• user interactions with the platform where applicable;
• publicly available or otherwise licensed information from permitted third-party sources;
• The availability and completeness of information may vary depending on the source.

6. User Responsibility

The user remains solely responsible for all purchasing, selling and business decisions.

Users should independently:

• verify vehicle specifications and equipment;
• inspect the condition of vehicles or machinery;
• verify VIN numbers, registration documents and ownership records;
• review service history and maintenance records where available;
• communicate directly with dealers regarding any important details;
• conduct all transactions at their own discretion.

Truck1 AI should not replace professional inspection or due diligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truck1 shall not be liable for:

• inaccuracies or omissions in AI-generated responses;
• outdated, incomplete or misleading information generated by Truck1 AI;
• decisions or actions taken by users based on AI-generated content;
• the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of information contained in listings published by sellers or other third parties;
• losses, damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities or other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Truck1 AI;
• temporary interruptions, delays, technical failures or unavailability of Truck1 AI.

Truck1 AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.

Nothing in these AI Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy and GDPR

Users are strongly advised not to submit:

• personal data that is not necessary for their request;
• financial information;
• passwords or authentication credentials;
• confidential business information;
• any other sensitive information.

Interactions with Truck1 AI may be stored to improve the quality, security and performance of the service.

Chat history may be retained for a limited period in accordance with Truck1's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Truck1 Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

Truck1 AI, including its functionality, software, prompts, interfaces and related technologies, is owned by Truck1 Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use Truck1 AI through the Truck1 platform.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, users may not:

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of AI-generated content on a systematic basis;
• perform mass extraction or automated collection of AI responses;
• use Truck1 AI outputs to train or improve third-party artificial intelligence models;
• reverse engineer or create derivative services based on Truck1 AI.

All intellectual property rights remain with Truck1 Sp. z o.o. or the respective rights holders.
